Francis Waller worked many construction jobs before attending college. He framed houses, operated heavy equipment, repaired hydraulic pumps, built stone fireplaces, installed pipes, surveyed and poured concrete foundations.

My Story
“When I was in college studying Advertising and Public Relations, I discovered I was a good writer. When I graduated, however, it was marketing and sales that caught my attention. But the curiosity of the writer remained.

Over the years, I have interviewed thousands of my clients before putting together proposals and ideas. The process has always been to learn what drives the small business owner, then create memorable messages. Over my career in tv, radio, newspaper, magazines, public speaking, teaching and now the web, curiosity is still the right way to start to serve business owners. It’s the interview in the beginning that reveals the personality of the business.

The result is clients then receive effective presentations, websites, emails and the other communication tools to deliver an organized, professional and focused image. And that image reflects the reality of the services being delivered, and the personality of the business owner.

Why do through all that? Because it works. I’ve studied and experimented enough so now what I deliver is based on successful methods learned, borrowed and copied from similar and comparable businesses.
